Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

• Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in line with state and federal regulations and facility standards
• Conduct comprehensive screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with communication and swallowing disorders
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans that support each patient's goals
• Document services accurately and in compliance with all regulatory and facility requirements
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to maximize outcomes
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols

• Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
• Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or CFY eligibility
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)

• In-depth knowledge of speech, language, and swallowing therapy techniques
• Skilled in patient evaluation and individualized treatment planning
• Excellent documentation and regulatory compliance skills
• Strong interpersonal communication with patients, families, and care teams
• Clinical problem-solving and critical thinking
