Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

- Conduct comprehensive screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans that make a real difference
- Document therapy services accurately in compliance with regulations and facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to ensure the best outcomes
- Maintain strict compliance with infection control and safety protocols to protect everyone
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
- Current Virginia state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
- Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- A passion for helping others improve their quality of life
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Patient evaluation and treatment planning
- Therapy delivery and documentation
- Infection control and clinical problem solving
