Arlington Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to join our team in Full-Time Day and Night Shift positions. What You’ll DoProvide compassionate care and support to residents while promoting their dignity and independence
Safely administer medications according to physician orders and facility policies
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team
Maintain accurate and timely medication and care documentation
Assist with meals and provide additional support as needed
Build positive, respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members
Follow all state regulations, safety procedures, and infection-control guidelines
Current Georgia Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification
Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred
Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach to care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow medication administration procedures and safety protocols
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Must be at least 18 years old and have valid identification
