Your impact

• Triage, diagnose, and resolve mechanical issues across production equipment.
• Maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor, pump, gearbox, bearing, and motor systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance to keep uptime high and unplanned downtime low.
• Read blueprints and mechanical schematics to plan and perform work safely and accurately.
• Install and align equipment; perform welding/fabrication when needed.
• Support automated assets including presses, industrial ovens, robotic welding cells, CNC fabrication equipment, and more.
• Pitch in with related tasks as assigned.

Must-haves

• 6–8 years in Millwright, Industrial/Heavy Manufacturing Maintenance, or Machine Repair OR a Journeyman’s License in a related mechanical trade.
• Proven, hands-on troubleshooting of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and bearings.

Nice-to-haves

• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Experience with equipment and machine installations.
