Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients with communication and swallowing challenges
• Create and update personalized treatment and discharge plans tailored to each patient's goals
• Document therapy services with precision, ensuring compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Partner with a collaborative care team, patients, and families to deliver holistic support
• Follow infection control and safety protocols to keep everyone safe and thriving

• Master's or equivalent degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Active state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or CFY eligibility
• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)

• Speech-Language Pathology expertise
• Patient evaluation and assessment
• Individualized treatment planning
• Swallowing therapy and dysphagia management
• Accurate clinical documentation
• Interdisciplinary collaboration
