Lead Nursing Aide
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Lead Nursing Aide to join our team at Meadow Falls of Conneaut. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, promoting a culture of compassion and respect. Required to cover shifts if coverage can not be found.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Nursing Aides, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and services
Assist with the supervision of daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming residents
Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and caregivers to ensure a positive and welcoming environment
Monitor and report changes in resident condition, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate interventions
Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care and services
Provide education and support to Nursing Aides on care procedures, policies, and protocols
Monitor aides charting, weights, vitals
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in long-term care or a related field
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
