Job Summary
Responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with questions, concerns, orders, and account needs. Maintains a professional and positive attitude while resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Assist customers with orders, payments, returns, exchanges, and account information.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in company systems.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate customer records.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments when necessary.
• Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
• Meet customer service, quality, and productivity goals.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not always required.
