Companion Care Needed

I need a hands-on care provider for my husband in his 80s. Medication management is required. Self-care assistance (dressing and showering), light housekeeping, laundry and meal preparation. Must be non-smoker, comfortable with 40# dog, and willing to help out as needed. Valid drivers license, care-giving experience with excellent references. Ideal hours are 9 - 11 a.m. and 6 - 8 p.m. to start. We travel together for a week every 6 weeks or so (won't need care during that time.) However, I travel occasionally by myself for a week or more several times a year (will need more care during that time.)
