Home Health Aide Needed

Hello - we are looking for senior home care for my father. We live in Bolton Landing and ideally can have someone come 8-12 hours per day depending on your availability. My father is 83 years old and just being discharged from a rehab facility. He was fairly independent before his most recent hospitalization, but after 2. 5 months lying down, he's weak and needs assistance transferring to/from the restroom and a bit of help with walking. Ideally you can help with meal prep/clean up and taking him outside to get fresh air. Must have your own transportation.
