Companion Care Needed

I need a hands-on care provider for my adult child in their 20s. Some help needed with bathing. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. During the dates requested will be on a cruise. Will pay for travel accommodations to assist while on trip. Possible occasional respite care if good connection is made.
