Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: My mom can walk and move around with help and supervision. She needs help recovering from kidney failure, diabetes and congestive heart failure. She needs help preparing and eating good nutrition as well as taking her medication. Possibly needs help getting to appointments and any minor things she needs help with around the house. About the care needs: Looking for a person who is organized and patient as well as someone who is able to cook or prepare healthy meals. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
