Babysitter

I am a nurse and start my shifts really early. I am looking for someone to do pick up and drop offs to my two children to school 15 and 11 years old. The school is 4 minutes away from our house driving. I am also looking for someone to care for my newborn (beginning May 2017). My hours at work vary on a 4 weekday sometimes 5 day schedule starting at 6:30 a.m. The job is 50 mins away from home so I expect the caregiver to be at the house bright and early. The caregiver is also free to leave once I myself, kids or husband return) between 3-4 p.m. Thank you
