Were looking for a warm, dependable nanny to care for our newborn daughter while I work. Weve established a schedule and routine that works well for our family, so were looking for someone who is comfortable following it consistently and helping us stay on track. The right person will be proactive, attentive, and able to take clear direction while also using good judgment throughout the day. Responsibilities will primarily include feeding, soothing, engaging with our daughter during wake windows, and supporting her naps and daily routine. Infant experience is very important to us, as well as finding someone who is loving, reliable, and genuinely enjoys caring for babies.
