2 units at the same location 1 about 1000sq ft on 1 floor, 4 rooms, +small bathroom, small kitchen. # 2 is 2 story house under 1500 sq ft 8 rooms, regular kitchen and 2 small bathrooms. Both to be done on same day everyother week.
