Full-Time Customer Experience Team Member

iSMASH Syracuse is hiring a dependable, energetic Customer Experience Team Member to join our rage-room and splatter-paint entertainment team.

What you’ll do:
• Welcome customers and help them check in and out
• Explain activities, safety rules, and facility procedures
• Distribute protective equipment and supervise guest sessions
• Prepare, clean, organize, and reset activity rooms
• Support other team members during busy periods
• Help keep daily operations running safely and smoothly

What we’re looking for:
• At least 18 years old
• Friendly and confident working with customers
• Responsible, dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Available for afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts
• Previous retail, hospitality, entertainment, or customer-service experience is preferred

Schedule and benefits:
• 30–40 hours per week
• Starting pay of $17 per hour
