Our primary goal is to have someone who is responsible, playful, and who can keep up with our busy lifestyle & kiddos. We will need help with school pick-up/drop-off and taking the kiddos to their activities after school. Since it'll just be the youngest during the day (1-2 naps) we want to keep him engaged and busy!
