Responsibilities
Oversee the expansion of our insurance footprint throughout the Linville region.
Connect with local residents to understand their unique coverage needs and risk profiles.
Provide expert guidance on insurance products, ensuring every client feels heard and protected.
Maintain accurate records and follow up promptly with prospects to ensure no questions go unanswered.
Participate in local community events to strengthen our presence and build authentic relationships.
Collaborate with the broader district team to share successful strategies and support overall growth goals.
Requirements
Active Virginia Property & Casualty insurance license.
Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales.
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a client book of business.
Strong comfort level with face-to-face community engagement.
Clear and professional verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with standard agency management systems and digital filing.
