- Case Mix: Hematology/Oncology consults, follow-ups, treatment oversight
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: 5 RNs, 1 PA
- Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
- Board: BC
- Licenses: Licensed in WI or IMLC
- Certification: BLS
- Perform outpatient consultations for new hematology/oncology referrals.
- Manage follow-up visits for established patients.
- Oversee chemotherapy and other infusion treatments.
- Collaborate with tertiary care providers for inpatient referrals.
- Maintain accurate medical records using Epic EMR.
