Transaction & Operations Manager

Trusted Capital Homes is a growing, family-owned real estate investment company based in Miami Gardens, and we're looking for a Transaction & Operations Manager to help lead our next stage of growth.

We help homeowners move through tough situations — foreclosure, relocation, financial hardship — with a fast, fair process, while also running our own pipeline of property acquisitions, fix-and-flip renovations, and refinances. No two days look the same, and that's exactly the point.

What You'll Do

• Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing across wholesale, disposition, fix-and-flip, and refinance deals
• Lead and support a two-person team (one in-office, one virtual)
• Be the go-to point of contact for title companies, lenders, contractors, and clients
• Track inspections, contingencies, and renovation timelines to keep every deal moving
• Bring ideas to the table. We're actively building better systems as we scale, and we want your input

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in transaction coordination, escrow, title, or real estate operations
• Comfortable managing multiple deals and priorities at once
• Strong communicator, confident handling both internal coordination and client-facing conversations
• Experience with wholesale, fix-and-flip, or refinance transactions is a plus, not required
• Notary license a plus, not required

The Details

Salary: $95,000–$110,000 based on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunity

Benefits: Paid time off and Holidays

Hours: Full-time, Monday through Thursday 9:30am–6:30pm, Friday 9:30am–5:15pm
