Behavior Technician (BT) | Center for Autism - Kentwood | Full time 1st Shift
Our team helps kids be something pretty amazing…. kids.
What You’ll Do
- Provide one-on-one care to learners ages 18 months to 21 years while teaching daily living, communication, and independence skills.
- Collecting and recording data accurately on different target items.
- Following individual behavior programs while creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
- Collaborate with learners’ families and team members

What You Bring
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
Required:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
