Elevate Infusion LLC is a home infusion nursing services company providing IVIG and biologic infusion services to patients across Missouri, Iowa, Arkansas, and Kansas. We partner with leading specialty pharmacies and referral sources to deliver high-quality, responsive home infusion nursing care.

Elevate Infusion is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role will provide administrative support to the Director of Nursing, Clinical Educator, and Intake & Scheduling Coordinator, helping keep documentation, invoicing, and clinical records organized and moving efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys a fast-paced healthcare environment, and wants flexible part-time hours.


Location: Kearney, MO (211 Platte Clay Way, Suite C, Kearney, MO 64060)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, approx. 9:00 AM–2:00 PM (15–20 hrs/week; flexible, finalized with candidate)
Pay: $18.00/hour


Key Responsibilities:

  • Send and track invoices to referral partners and pharmacy partners
  • Collect, organize, and submit nursing notes in a timely manner
  • Provide general administrative support to the Director of Nursing
  • Assist the Clinical Educator with scheduling, documentation, and training-related paperwork
  • Support the Intake and Scheduling Coordinator with data entry, scheduling coordination, and referral processing
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems (Google Workspace, AlayaCare)
  • Handle other administrative tasks as assigned to support smooth day-to-day office operations


Requirements
  • Prior administrative or office support experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus, but not required)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable learning new software systems (e.g., AlayaCare, Google Workspace)
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential patient information in compliance with HIPAA
