Setting: Center-Based ABA with hybrid flexibility

Population Served: 2-20 years old

What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

  • Lead clinical quality and outcomes across the center, overseeing assessments, treatment planning, program implementation, transitions, and discharge planning.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs while setting strong supervision, training, and clinical performance standards.
  • Maintain a small clinical caseload so you stay connected to client care while balancing center-wide leadership responsibilities.
  • Review and approve treatment plans prior to payer submission and ensure programming remains clinically appropriate, effective, and aligned with best practices.
  • Partner with operations and intake teams to support client onboarding, monitor clinical and operational metrics, and continuously improve center performance.
  • Serve as a clinical resource for families and caregivers while building a collaborative, high-performing clinical team.


Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

Caseload size: Small clinical caseload maintained alongside Clinical Director responsibilities

Billable hour expectations: 10 hours per week of clinical productivity hours


Compensation & Perks (real ones):

Base salary: $103,000–$110,000 annually

Bonus structure:

  • $7,000–$18,000 annual individual bonus opportunity, paid quarterly
  • $5,000–$20,000 sign-on bonus depending on start date and location

PTO: 15 paid days off annually
