Responsibilities

The Operations Systems Lead will support the implementation, optimization, and integration of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS) solutions within our distribution operations. This role requires a deep understanding of warehouse automation, order fulfillment processes, and system capabilities to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve inventory accuracy. This position involves cross-functional collaboration, project leadership, and mentoring of system analysts. Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration is preferred. Equivalent experience may also be considered.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience working in a Distribution Center as a Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
