OPEN POSITIONS:

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (1 Full Time) – $23.31/hour

Minimum Qualifications:

• • • 3-5 years prior experience in maintenance and repair work.
    • Certified Pool Operator certification preferred.
    • Ability to manage and perform maintenance requests.

WORK SCHEDULE:  

• • • Full Time at 40 hours weekly
    • Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm

CUSTODIAN (1 Part Time) – $16.00/hour

Minimum Qualifications:

• • • One year prior experience in custodial work preferred.

WORK SCHEDULE: 

• • • Saturday - Sunday 2pm-10pm

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL PROPERTY POSITIONS:

• Excellent human relation skills and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Ability to report and record maintenance requests.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
• Basic understanding of the upkeep and care of equipment.
• Understanding of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (completed within 30 days of hire)
• New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Blood-borne Pathogens trainings (completed within 90 days of hire)
