As an Educational Support Counselor, you'll: 
✔️ Support students through academic, vocational, and life skill development opportunities 
✔️ Assist with individualized education programs (IEPs) and student support plans 
✔️ Guide students in developing job skills, professional behaviors, and community readiness 
✔️ Provide one-on-one and small group support in educational and vocational settings 
✔️ Implement positive behavior strategies while creating a safe, structured, and therapeutic learning environment
