Dishwasher (Part Time)

We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working dishwasher to join our team part-time. The primary responsibility of this position is to clear and clean the dishes brought to the dish room by bussers and servers. Our environment is banquet style dinner service, up to 320 people served their meals in a 1 hour timeframe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear and wash dishes brought to the dish room
• Wash and put away any dishes created by food preparation
• Clean and maintain any dish areas, and floors at the end of the evening

• Taking out garbage and breaking down boxes

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in kitchens/restaurants
• Able to be on feet for 4-8 hours and lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Food Handlers required upon hire.

• Knowledge of industry practices and regulations
