Client Consultant & Inside Sales Specialist — Part-Time

Vex Hair | Downtown Orlando | In Person

$22-25/hour + commission | 20-25 hours/week

Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM or 3:00 PM-7 PM

Vex Hair is seeking one polished, highly organized sales professional for our private downtown Orlando showroom.

This position combines inside sales and personalized client consultations. When you aren’t working directly with a client, you’ll be actively working Vex’s existing database of prospective customers by phone.

This is not a receptionist or passive retail position. It is a sales position.
 

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to prospective Vex customers
• Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into sales
• Conduct personalized hair-extension and color consultations
• Help customers select and purchase the appropriate Vex products
• Book and confirm appointments when consultations are needed
• Maintain complete and accurate customer records in our CRM
• Respond to incoming customer inquiries
• Keep the showroom polished and client-ready
   

Vex provides product, sales-process and color-matching training. Cosmetology experience is not required.

Because you’ll personally demonstrate our products to customers, you must be willing to wear Vex Hair extensions while working. Extensions are provided.

You should be:

• Confident and comfortable selling by phone and in person
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through
• Self-directed and productive without constant supervision
• Comfortable asking for the sale
• Professional and polished in a premium customer environment
• Comfortable learning and working in a CRM

Previous sales experience is strongly preferred. Experience in beauty, luxury retail, bridal, aesthetics or another high-touch customer environment is a plus.
