About who needs care: I receive in-clinic treatment that requires a ride to and from the appointment after a 2 hour observation. About the care needs: Able to drive up to 20 minutes one way and back. Able to drop me off for 2 hours and come back and pick up after appointment. Services needed include: transportation.
