Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: Both of my parents are seniors and my brother who is a kidney transplant patient lives with them. My parents have very limited mobility. My parents are in their 70s and brother 40. I need someone who can once a week help with cleaning and maybe meal prep. About the care needs: Someone kind and patient my parents are resistant to help Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
