Childcare Needed

My daughter wakes up every morning and sometimes has some milk while she plays and I make her breakfast. We then go about our day from there with playtime, music, water play, outdoor play, etc. she naps in the afternoon for roughly 2-3 hours (we try to get her down by 12:30-1) by the time her nap is over, either my fiancee or myself should be home to take over
