Retail Store Manager

We are Growing and currently looking for a highly motivated individual in the Retail Industry which has a great personality, is very organized, understands Retail elements of the job, and can lead others. Job requirements are as follows:

·         3 to 5 years (or equivalent) experience in the Retail Industry necessary

·         Acute understanding of Serving Customers  

·         General Sales Growth responsibility.

·         Manage Day to Day Sales Operations of Business.

·         Must have administrative experience, such as: Computer knowledge, Leading Personnel, Hiring & Coaching, Directing & Motivating Sales Staff.

·         Must be able to hold Sales Staff accountable.

·         Selling Skills a plus, but Operational Skills required

·         Product Sales Merchandising Development.

·         Inventory control responsibility.
