Warehouse Associate with Forklift Experience

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming freight
• Pick, pack, stage, and load outgoing orders and transfers
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Use RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track and manage inventory
• Verify inventory, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate stock records
• Prepare shipping labels, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and other freight documentation
• Work with shipping systems such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL
• Follow customer routing and shipping requirements
• Move and store materials safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse while following OSHA safety standards
• Perform regular equipment checks and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Assist with general warehouse and materials-handling duties as needed

• 3–5 years of warehouse experience
• Forklift experience and current certification required
• Experience operating reach trucks, order pickers, or similar equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with shipping and receiving and inventory management
• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, WMS platforms, and RF scanners
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and around potential noise
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
