ARF – Live‐In DSP (Female Only) – Night Presence Position
Looking for a safe, awesome place to live?
Our small ranchette home in Moorpark’s quiet horse community offers a peaceful living space and a simple night‐presence role supporting three sweet, independent young women.
If you enjoy calm evenings, early nights, and a predictable routine, this could be a perfect fit. Perfect if you work during the day. This role is for a strong person that can stick to boundaries and adhere to a schedule. No pets/smoking/history of drugs. Must live near for in-person interview.
Schedule
- 6:00 PM – 9:00 AM nightly, someone that is home everynight
- Residents go to bed around 8:00 PM and sleep until 7:00 AM
- Only a few awake hours in the evening and morning
- After 9:00 AM, your day is free for outside work or personal time.

Compensation
- Free housing valued at $1,400/month
- Plus $1,200/month stipend (majority of shift is sleeping)
- Must be willing to take the required weekly training to onboard including Fingerprint & TB clearance, licensing mandated.
Our ARF home is a licensed Level 3 Adult Residential licensed home is located on a large, quiet property in Moorpark, CA. The property houses two separate adult residential homes, each supporting small groups of residents in a safe, structured environment. This particular home serves three young adult female residents who are largely self‐sufficient and benefit from mild reminders, companionship, and a calm daily routine.
The homes operate with a fully engaged DSP staff team that works together as one unified group. Our staff communicates closely, supports one another, and maintains consistent expectations across the property to ensure stability, safety, and continuity of care for all residents.
