With continued growth comes opportunity! We are interviewing to fill a Restaurant District Manager position. This position will lead our Fargo, North Dakota market.

Experience should include:
· Must be tenured ...3 or more years experience in a senior level (Area Manager) role
- Strong Multi-Unit Experience is Required
- Experience in oversight of a market of 5+ restaurants
- QSR Restaurant or Fast Casual Restaurant experience required
- Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to productively resolve conflict
- Proven track record with achieving financial goals and overall control of restaurant financials
- Passionate about self-development and the development of others
- People focused, with an ability to inspire others
- Works with a sense of urgency and intent
- Ability to adapt in fast paced environments
- Values open and honest communication
