Assistant Property Manager

Career Strategies is seeking a customer-focused Community Property Manager to join a well-established apartment community in Fullerton, CA. This is an excellent Temp-to-Hire opportunity for an organized and motivated professional looking to grow their career in property management while making a positive impact on residents and the community.

• $26/hr while it is temp-to-hire. Once hired, it is a live on-site position with a different compensation package. 
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the apartment community.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Support leasing activities, move-ins, move-outs, and resident retention.
• Assist with rent collections, resident files, and administrative duties.
• Answer phones, respond to resident inquiries, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations.
• Work closely with the Property Manager to maintain an organized and successful community.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing, assistant property management, or property management experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
