Delivery Driver

Join the McAllister (FedEx Ground Contractor) team and start a stable, active delivery career! We are looking for reliable, hardworking drivers based out of our Joplin terminal to serve Neosho, Seneca, Cassville, Pineville, Purdy, Wheaton, Granby, and surrounding communities. No delivery experience required—we provide fully paid training to set you up for success.

Compensation & Perks

• Pay: $17.50/hour (Weekly Direct Deposit)
• Health Benefits: Health insurance available after 60 days (50% company-paid)

Core Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate a FedEx Ground delivery vehicle.
• Efficiently complete roughly 150 package deliveries per day across urban and rural routes.
• Inspect vehicle daily, load/unload packages, and follow all safety and DOT guidelines.
• Provide friendly, dependable customer service in all outdoor weather conditions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Age: Must be 21+ years old.
• Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Missouri residents must obtain a Class E license before start date; KS/OK licenses fully accepted).
• Physical Capability: Ability to maneuver and lift packages up to 150 lbs using team-lifts or equipment.
• Screenings: Must pass a DOT physical, comprehensive background check, motor vehicle record check, and a 5-panel drug screen (including THC).
• Tech & Access: Reliable personal transportation and a functional smartphone.

Schedule Expectations

• Standard Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days/week (Saturdays required year-round)
• Peak Season Schedule: Up to 6 days/week during November and December (Sundays required during Peak)
• Pay Rate Structure: Straight-time hourly pay
