Millwright

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Millwright specializing in rotating asset overhauls. You will execute precision teardowns, diagnostics, and tolerance checks to rebuild critical machinery to OEM specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform systematic teardown and forensic inspection of incoming machinery.
• Use micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and dial indicators for precision measurement.
• Verify shaft runout, bearing fits, radial clearances, and interference fits.
• Determine whether components require reuse, repair, machining, or replacement.
• Rebuild equipment to strict blueprint, trade, and OEM specifications.
• Execute precision laser or dial-indicator shaft alignment.
• Partner with the machine shop for component boring, sleeving, and turning.

Hands-on experience performing precision maintenance on:

• Centrifugal, split-case, gear, vane, lobe, and positive displacement units.
• Industrial gearboxes, speed reducers, and drive assemblies.
• Prime Movers & Air Handling: Electric motors, industrial blowers, fans, and valves.
• Precision Parts: Shafts, bearings, mechanical seals, sleeves, and couplings.
