Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday | 7:30 AM–6:00 PM
Location: South Easton, MA 02375
Job Type: local contract
Contract Length: 26 weeks
Pay Range: $22/hr to $23.40/hr
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
Duties:
- Room patients, obtain vital signs, medical histories, and medication information.
- Assist providers with examinations and routine clinical procedures.
- Perform EKGs, point-of-care testing, immunizations, and specimen collection as needed.
- Document patient information accurately in the EMR.
- Prepare and maintain exam rooms and clinical supplies.
- Support patient calls, follow-ups, referrals, and other clinical workflows.
- Maintain HIPAA, infection-control, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with providers and other clinical staff to ensure quality patient care.
- Qualifications
- 2+ years of Primary Care Medical Assistant experience preferred.
- MA certification preferred.
- Epic experience preferred.
- Experience with point-of-care testing, EKGs, and immunization administration is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and patient-service skills.
