Warehouse Technician 
Worcester, MA | $18–$25/hr | Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm (some weekends) 

We're looking for a dependable Warehouse Technician to support shipping, receiving, and inventory in a Shipping & Receiving department.

What you'll do:

• Receive and verify incoming shipments against paperwork
• Load/unload trucks using material-handling equipment
• Move, stage, and store raw materials and finished goods
• Process domestic and international shipping/receiving transactions
• Prepare shipping documentation and enter transactions into company systems
• Read and interpret purchase orders, work orders, and shipping documents
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories
• Research and report inventory discrepancies
• Operate forklifts and other equipment
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Customer Service, and Production on issues
• Help train new warehouse employees
• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe

What you need:

• 1–3 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred; must complete company forklift certification
• Comfortable with basic computer systems; ERP/WMS experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Reliable, dependable, and a good team player
• Solid attendance record
• Able to stand up to 8 hours/shift and lift up to 30 lbs occasionally

Work environment: Manufacturing floor with required PPE (safety glasses, additional PPE as needed). Some exposure to heat, cold, and elevated equipment surfaces — standard for a production warehouse setting.
