We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate who’s ready to jump into a fast-paced production environment. This role includes learning and operating an automated pallet jack, moving pallets from production to the pallet-wrap machine, and preparing shipments accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate automated pallet jack (training provided)
• Move pallets from production area to pallet wrap machine
• Perform all Shipping & Receiving duties
• Complete daily paperwork and submit to management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Report any food safety or quality issues to designated personnel
• Perform additional warehouse tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years warehouse experience
• Stand-up forklift experience required
• Excel proficiency
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Must work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in cold temperatures (50°ree; production room and 34–38°ree; coolers)
• Able to lift 50 lbs consistently
