Experienced Post-Frame Builder — Framing, Metal Roofing & Siding

Wagoner Services LLC | Grantsville, MD | Full-Time | $25+/hr, based on experience

Wagoner Services LLC builds post-frame buildings — barns, shops, garages, and commercial structures — within about a 90-minute radius of Grantsville, MD. We're in our 7th year of business, and our reputation is built on buildings that still look sharp years after we hand over the keys.

We're hiring an experienced builder who can run framing, roofing, and siding work start to finish without someone looking over their shoulder.

What you'll be doing

● Framing post-frame structures, including posts, trusses, and girts

● Installing metal roofing and siding on post-frame structures

● Trim, flashing, ridge cap, and closure work — the details that separate a good building from a great one

● Cutting and fitting panels around openings, overhangs, and transitions

● Working off ladders, lifts, and scaffolding with proper fall protection

● Reading prints and shop drawings, and catching problems before they get built in

● Working alongside a crew, and helping newer guys learn the right way to do it

What we're looking for

● 2+ years of hands-on experience in post-frame construction, including framing, metal roofing, and siding

● The ability to complete an install independently and correctly the first time

● On site, on time, ready to work. Our crews and customers count on it.

● Straight screw lines, tight seams, clean trim — you take pride in the finish because your name is on it

● Comfortable working at heights and in seasonal weather

● Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

Show up. Job sites run on schedule. When you're there when you said you'd be, everything downstream works.

Do it right. Not "good enough for a pole barn." Right. If it wouldn't pass on your own building, it doesn't pass on ours.

Back your crew. Nobody carries a bundle alone if there's a hand free. We hire people who make the guys around them better.
