Billet Health is looking for compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing Home Health team serving geriatric patients throughout the Kingman area.

This is a PRN opportunity designed around your availability. You choose the areas and availability that work best for you, and as new patients are admitted, our staffing team works with you to coordinate visits within your preferred coverage area.

Most visits are approximately 45–60 minutes, allowing you to focus on the patient and the care they actually need.

What You'll Do

Our Home Health RNs provide individualized care throughout a 9-week episode of care, working closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Performing comprehensive nursing assessments
• Identifying patient needs and changes in condition
• Implementing individualized plans of care
• Providing skilled nursing interventions
• Medication management and education
• IV therapy and other skilled nursing services
• Patient and caregiver education
• Monitoring patient progress throughout the episode of care
• Communicating changes in condition to the appropriate members of the care team
• Collaborating with physicians, the Director of Nursing, and other healthcare professionals
• Completing timely and accurate clinical documentation

Compensation

Pay rates are based on a 20-mile radius from your residence and include travel compensation.

Additional compensation opportunities may be available for patients located outside your assigned territory.

Qualifications

We're looking for an RN who is clinically confident, dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Required:

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Valid driver's license
• Current auto insurance
• Current CPR or BLS certification
• Current TB clearance
• IV experience
• Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card, if applicable

Home Health experience is a plus, but we're also interested in experienced RNs who are ready to bring their clinical skills into a more flexible, patient-centered setting.
