CNC Machinist

• 3P to 11P (2nd)
• 11P to 7A (3rd)

• Set up and operate CNC Swiss-style latehs
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and program adjustments
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications
• Machine materials such as stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, and specialty alloys
• Inspect parts using Micrometers, calipers, optical comparators and other precision measuring tools

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of CNC Swiss Lathe experience
• Experience with setup and operation of Swiss-type CNC Machine
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
• Experience using precision measuring instruments
• Basic Mathematical skills
