Cleaning Specialist - Post Construction

We are building our post-construction division to support new residential and commercial construction across the tri-county region. As a Post-Construction Cleaning Specialist, you turn active job sites into clean, safe, buyer-ready homes. This is physical, detail-driven work performed on live construction sites through multiple phases of the build, from rough debris removal between trades to the final white-glove clean before handover. You will be trained in Valor standards and safety, and held to an inspection-grade quality bar because our reputation with builders depends on every home passing the first time.

•      Rough cleans: remove construction debris, sweep and vacuum heavy dust, bag and haul trash, and run magnetic sweeps for nails and screws between trades.

•      CO cleans: prepare homes to a presentable standard for Certificate of Occupancy inspection.

•      Final cleans: perform detailed white-glove work including windows and razor scraping of paint and stickers, cabinets inside and out, appliances and stainless, bathrooms, fixtures, vents, and floors cleaned to the correct method for each surface.

•      Touch-up cleans: re-detail glass, surfaces, and floors before the buyer walkthrough.

•      Operate shop vacs, HEPA vacuums, and related equipment safely and correctly.

•      Follow floor-care chemical guidelines precisely so surfaces are never damaged.

•      Wear required PPE at all times and follow all jobsite and OSHA safety rules.

•      Report supply needs, equipment issues, and any site hazards to the Working Supervisor promptly.

•      Deliver work that passes inspection the first time to avoid re-cleans, and support your crew with a professional, positive attitude.
