\nCompany Description
1st Shift Order Pickers
Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, M-F plus OT on Saturdays
Pay: $18.00/hr.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and within established productivity standards.
- Load product onto trucks or ocean containers in a safe manner.
- Unload product from trucks or ocean containers in a safe manner.
- Replenish inventory within the warehouse picking locations.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts according to established schedule.
- Observe all the ITW safety policies and procedures; maintain a neat and orderly work area.
- Contribute towards process improvement within job parameters.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Kay Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and keyboarding capabilities.
Physical & Operational Expectations:
- Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Work Style: Proven track record in fast-paced environments with strong reliability and punctuality.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
