Bookkeeper
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00-4:30 PM
Pay Range: $19.00/hr - $22.00/hr DOE
Location: Fort Myers, FL

Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
- Manage daily general ledger entries and maintain accurate financial records for all company transactions.
- Oversee full-cycle Accounts Payable, including vendor bill entry, invoice matching, and payment disbursements.
- Handle Accounts Receivable processes by invoicing clients, recording daily deposits, and tracking collections.
- Perform monthly bank, credit card, and account reconciliations to ensure financial precision.
- Organize and archive financial documentation, supporting month-end closing activities for senior management.
Bookkeeper Skills Required:
- Computer Skills: Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel (formulas and spreadsheets), and standard business software.
- 1-2 years of hands-on bookkeeping or general accounting experience.
