Construction Project Manager

PrideStaff is currently recruiting for a Full-Time Construction Project Manager position for a client located in Waveland MS.

Company details: 

• The company supports retailers in fabrication of storefront facades (glazing, entrances, metal panel cladding, specialty metals, etc...) across the country.
• There will be some install projects, but also furnish some projects for installation by others.
• Projects are generally short duration construction schedules, which requires the project manager to be organized and focused on maintaining all target dates from receipt of construction documents through project closeout.
• The company generally furnishes multiple stores for each client, which simplifies managing multiple projects since you are using the same products and similar fabrication and installation details on each.
• While direct product experience is preferred, we are open to candidates from adjacent trades.

We could describe in detail what the PM’s responsibilities are, but qualified candidates already know what a construction PM’s duties are. If this position looks like a fit and is of interest to explore, we will furnish an in-depth breakdown of how the project management process works.

Preferred candidate will possess the following skills/abilities:

• AutoCAD
• Ability to confidently work in Microsoft Excel.
• A plus if you are comfortable in the MS 365 environment (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
• Strong attention to detail & maintaining project taget dates
