Delivery Team Member

Wilmington-based wedding and special events company looking to add strong and hard-working individuals to our production team. You would assist our team with the delivery, setup and breakdown of our event designs and rental items. Ability to bend, walk/stand for 8 hours or more and lift 50lbs is a must.

Multiple part time and seasonal full time positions available.

There is the potential for long hours Friday-Sunday, as we often serve multiple events per day or weekend. Split shift schedule.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work. Experience driving a box truck is preferred.

Tasks include:

• load and unload, setup and breakdown event-related items before and after events
• clean and prepare items for delivery, including painting, staining, cleaning
• setup/breakdown of large furnishings such as bar structures, lounge areas, tables and chairs
• installation of lighting and draping, requiring use of ladders up to 16' in height
• maintain clean and organized warehouse
• returning items to their designated location in warehouse upon completion

You will be paid as an independent contractor and receive a 1099 at the end of the year.
