A growing and HIGHLY profitable precision manufacturer is hiring CNC professionals with milling or turning experience. The company operates an air-conditioned facility, continues investing in new CNC equipment, and offers consistent overtime opportunities.

First Shift Openings

CNC Setup Machinists | $28–$37/hour

• Set up CNC mills or lathes for production.
• Install tooling, fixtures, and workholding.
• Perform offsets, edits, and first-piece inspections.
• Read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Prior CNC setup experience required.

CNC Operators | $20–$28/hour

• Operate CNC mills or lathes.
• Load parts, change tools, and adjust offsets.
• Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Prior CNC machining experience preferred.

Second Shift Openings

CNC Operators | $20–$30/hour + 8% shift differential

• Operate CNC milling or turning equipment.
• Make basic tool changes and offset adjustments.
• Inspect parts and maintain production quality.
• Setup experience is highly valued but not required.
