Job Description
Role Summary:
As a Badging Specialist, you will ensure safe, secure, and compliant site access for our client's construction projects. Working directly on-site, you will manage worker registration, credential verification, and access control technology in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
Core Responsibilities:
- Worker Registration & Badging: Enforce site access requirements, manage access control compliance, and collaborate with site teams to maintain security.
- Badging Compliance: Ensure all personnel hold valid credentials and scan in properly to maintain accurate, real-time headcount records.
- Customer & Tech Support: Assist workers and clients with the access control process, credentialing, and basic technology troubleshooting.
- Site Support & Admin: Perform light administrative duties and general operational tasks as needed to support smooth daily site operations.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a dynamic setting.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Preferred:
- 1+ years of on-site construction or industrial experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
